In her new role, Terry will be responsible for helping clients build their knowledge of the software and implementing a new client check-in process to ensure they are achieving their goals with the application. Terry will also work at minimizing the time clients spend on support cases by ensuring immediate and detailed responses to requests and questions.
Terry started with logicpath in 2015 as an account manager for the branch cash management software solution, C3 Financial. She helps banks and credit unions use the software to maximize results, and nurtures relationships with clients to help them realize optimal cash levels and operations.
